Texans have queso (no not the Spanish word for cheese), the French have fondue, Mexicans have queso fundido. Queso fundido, is basically the Mexican version of a fondue. The key differences however lie in how queso fundido is eaten. Rather than explaining all of the nuances between fondue and queso fundido. I suggest you try it for yourself. Be sure to eat with corn or flour tortillas.
