Have you ever tried grilled chicken with avocado pineapple salsa? It is an incredibly filling meal that will not require a side of carbs like potatoes, rice, or pasta.
The chicken is perfect all on its own without the need to ruin it with anything else. Well, I totally forgot you actually can eat this dish with a carb such as warm corn tortillas which pair really well with this dish.
Tortillas are not necessary however.
One other recommendation is to serve this dish with grilled asparagus or an arugula salad with a red wine vinaigrette.
