The Southern French, Fondue Like Dish You Did Not Know Existed

Welcome to the wonderful world of Aligot. The dish, similar to fondue is made by combining melted cheese with garlic mashed potatoes and then serving the cheese in a small bowl accompanied by sausage or pork roast for dipping in the cheese.
