This ice cream recipe is out of this world for two major reasons. First, it does not require the usage of an ice cream machine which most people do not own. Second, this ice cream is made with avocados so it wins major points for originality. I find it ironic this recipe is being share on the site given my recent conversation about the problems with homemade ice creams and not owning an ice cream machine.
