Believe it or not but these pork and chive dumplings with chili oil taste incredibly amazing. No it wasn’t because we used some secret ingredients to pull them off.
The secret behind them is they were made at home! What? You read correctly, sure I could have purchased similar dumplings from my favorite Chinese restaurant, but by choosing to make them myself they taste even better.
When you eat these dumplings you are tasting success! Number one: you didn’t eat out and spend unnecessary money, number two: you can adjust the ingredients to suit your individual taste so they come out perfect every time. Number three: you are cooking for yourself, and that is greater than any power any super hero ever posed!
