Lately, I have been doing my very best to not eat out. It’s not because of financial constraints or health reasons. It’s more about the a challenge.
The challenge to say, look I have not been eating out and instead I have been purchasing quality ingredients to make food better than what I normally get at a restaurant.
So far it has been incredibly rewarding, especially when you find recipes like pork and chive dumplings with chili oil. Yes, I can purchase them at a restaurant but making them has been a lot of fun and I can adjust them to my individual taste.
