I can’t begin to tell you about how found I am of mushrooms. They are an incredibly versatile vegetable that goes with just about anything. Even vegetarians often use mushrooms as a steak replacement because they are so “meaty”.
You don’t have to be a lover of mushrooms to appreciate these awesome appetizers. It features a button mushroom stuff to the brim with cream cheese and bacon making these an excellent appetizer to have before any meal.
