Stewing Up Some Lamb The Italian Way

With the fall season slowly rolling in, it’s time to get your meal plans ready for some hardy cooking to keep you warm during the cold months. There are tons of lamb recipes out there and now that the grilling season has come to an end (technically you can still grill during tailgate parties) we need to focus on stewing up some lamb the Italian way.


When you think of Italy what comes to mind? Let me be more specific. In terms of food what comes to mind? Tomatoes right, and basil, oregano, red wine and pasta.
