Ingredients
- 1 pound of pizza dough (learn to make your own homemade dough. Check out our recipe here for homemade pizza dough)
- cornmeal (used to dust the baking sheet)
- 2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (if brine is too strong rinse for a few minutes under cold water then drain)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475° F. Quarter the pizza dough, then roll out each quarter to a circle roughly 1/2 inch thick. Dust 2 sheet pans with a little cornmeal place two rounds on each sheet pan.
- Evenly spread the marinara sauce on each dough round. Evenly spread the artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan on all four rounds. Season each pizza with roughly ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper. Bake until the crust is golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
