I believe the circumference of pie is equal to happiness. How would this equation look like on paper? It would look like this π x d = 
. All jokes aside the pie I am referring to today has nothing to do with math or the dessert but rather the delicious pie we know as pizza.
On today’s menu, we have a delicious spinach and marinated artichoke pizza with mushrooms. The original recipe from realfoods.com calls for cream cheese which has been omitted since I personally believe cream cheese and pizza do not go together.
On a side note, keep in mind is very light on sauce. It is not like most pizza’s that are drenched in marinara sauce then covered with toppings.
