Spicy Curried Scallops With Moroccan Couscous

It is rare however to find a curry recipe that uses seafood of any kind and it’s understandable considering seafood is not easily found in some of the countries that make curry.

Before you dismiss this recipe think about it for a second. Curries are usually spicy, they have lots of spice (different from spicy), and tend to enhances the meats or vegetables cooked with them. Scallops are sweet and super tender (when cooked correctly) making them the perfect balance to the spices and spiciness.
