Bringing watermelon to a picnic or BBQ seems as common as hamburgers and hot dogs served at either event. Although, sliced watermelon is so passé and cutting your watermelon into cubes is boring. Why not bring a watermelon cake instead? I am not taking about a sponge cake made to look like a watermelon, quite the opposite. I am referring to decorating a watermelon to look like a frosted cake.
