When it comes to pork tenderloin your first go to thought is, “I am going to cook this for dinner and serve with something”. Instead of roasting the pork tenderloin with the intention of having it be the star of your plate.
Why not roast a pork tenderloin with the intention of turning into a sandwich? Crazy, I know. Even crazier is turning this into a grilled cheese sandwich. Crazier than that, is using herbed cheese.
The end result is a wonderful sandwich that will be your entire dinner!
