Roasted Butternut Squash With Cranberries and Feta

There are some people who will argue that certain foods should be eaten at specific thymes of the year (hahah, did that on purpose).  I am not one of those people. Especially, now that local farmers are starting to harvest different fruits or vegetables that used to only be available during specific seasons.


The life span on seasonal food is growing smaller. Sure you could argue in favor of seasonal eating which is often the dining experience in several fining dining restaurants. The reason behind this has to do with certain fruits and vegetables having optimal quality seasons making them taste the best they can. [nextpagelink][/nextpagelink]
