People often tell me they wish they knew more about the things that happen in a restaurant. When I hear this my assumption is they want to know more about how the food is made not the other craziness that is restaurant life.


Thanks largely to social media giving chef’s a new voice and outlet to share their secrets. More and more people are learning to cook like the pros.

I see this as a positive thing because it means more and more people are willing to forgo standing in line to eat at the next trendy restaurant or food truck and begin experimenting with recipes at home.
