Pan Seared Crispy Skin Salmon And Sauted Tomatoes

Salmon is one of the best types of fish you can eat both for its healthy qualities but also because it is very oily and forgiving. The natural oiliness helps keep this fish moist and juicy. One of the best qualities of this fish is the skin, however most people sadly remove and discard the skin. Be sure to keep the skin on your salmon steak to create this crispy skin pan seared salmon. If not maybe you can keep the skin for salmon skin rolls (think sushi).
