It’s safe to assume everyone reading this has eaten sesame chicken at least once in their life. You probably ate this at your favorite Chinese restaurant or possibly at a Chinese fast food chain. Heck I even order it when ever we order take out.
Despite the appeal lots of people tend to avoid this dish because the chicken is often coated in a batter and then deep fried to make it crispy. The chicken is then doused in a super sugary sweet sauce further removing this dish from a healthy option.
