Every now and then it’s nice to eat a dessert that is light but satisfying at the same time. In walks mousse. Mousse not to be confused with the huge animal is the perfect combination of light, satisfying, and not overly sweet dessert. Most mousse recipes however focus on chocolate which to me defeats the point. Don’t get me wrong chocolate is great and I love chocolate mousse but I need options. Check out the orange mousse recipe below and set the chocolate cake slice down.
