Lately people have been telling me they are starting to avoid eating bacon or sausage with their morning breakfast. This is being done in an effort to avoid consuming excess fat.
Look, I completely understand. In recent years there has been two kinds of groups. The group that puts bacon on everything to the point they add it to their ice cream and jams and the other side focused on clean eating who disavows bacon and sausage all together.
