Ingredients
10 bone-in chicken thighs with skin (or 5 thighs and 5 legs)
1/3 cup raw honey
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Sauce (or 1⁄2 teaspoon tabasco sauce)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Whisk together all of the ingredients. Pour the ingredients into a large ziplock bag or 13×9 glass baking dish, add the chicken making sure to coat all of the chicken. Refrigerate overnight in ziplock back or glass baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 325°F, place chicken in a 13×9 baking dish (if you marinated in a ziplock bag). Bake for 45 min to 1 hour basting the chicken every 15 minutes.
- Serve with dirty rice or mashed potatoes.
