Freestone Peach Pie And Pie Crust Lattice Ready For A Magazine Cover

Freestone peaches are a type of peach variety in which the pit easily comes off the flesh of the peach. You could even split the peach apart with your bare hands and the pit will separate from the peach very easily. This makes them ideal for pie making because you end up having two nice clean halves when you split the peach open.

The pie crust, in my opinion, is what makes this pie incredible. Making a lattice crust on a pie is actually quite easy and it will make your pie look like it’s ready to grace the cover of your favorite food magazine.
