No matter which Holiday you practice in December, no dinner is complete without a tasty side of roasted veggies to accompany the beautiful roast that has been slowly caramelizing in your oven. You are going to need some veggies bursting with flavor that are bold enough to sit next to the roast but not bold enough that they take away from the roast.
