Crisp And Cheesy, Parmesan Potato Wedges

When it comes to potatoes, it’s nice having variety. I have always loved the fact you can do just about anything with potatoes. You can mash them, fry them, bake them, or cut them up and put them into various meals.


What I enjoy most about potatoes though is their simplicity. Take for example french fries. There is nothing complicated about them. You cut a potato into strips, deep fry the strips, and then sprinkle a little bit of salt on them. Something so simple yet almost required when eating a hamburger.
