Cheesecake Filling In A Banana Cake Roll

Banana cake roll is kind of like a banana cream pie that has undergone a gourmet beauty facelift and stuffed with a cheesecake. I have always found roll cakes to be visually pleasing and the flavor is not bad either.

There are roll cakes that are stuffed with jelly, which happen to be the kind of jelly rolls we don’t mind having. I personally prefer cream filled roll cakes vs. jelly roll cakes because I don’t like have the extra sweetness.
