People are using mason jars as ways of storing their soups, salads, and now they are being used for dessert. This strawberry trifle is no exception and you can transport them anywhere you want because they travel well in jars.
Ingredients
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 c. chopped pound cake or angel food cake
- 2 c. sliced or chopped strawberries
Directions

In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream with sugar until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla until combined. Transfer mixture to a piping bag.

Among four glass jars, layer pound cake or angel food cake, whipped cream mixture, and strawberries.
