Chicken and Chorizo Tortilla Stack Piled High

Chorizo is one of those pork sausages that provides amazing flavor to your meals. Often used is Latin American cooking chorizo has a robust flavor unlike most sausages you meet. I recently came across a chicken and tortilla dish being dubbed a tortillas stack which to me resembles a savory napoleon piled high with chicken, chorizo, and tortillas.
