20 Minute Green Bean Kung Pao Chicken

The world of clean eating has been getting a lot of attention lately. Some of it has been positive while some of it has been really negative.

Food can be a complicated thing, everyone is entitled to their opinion. For me the importance of food is based mostly on, how does it make you feel? If you eat an entire bag of potato chips and you feel guilty and hate yourself for doing it. Avoiding the bag of chips moving forward.

For me, clean eating is about eating as little processed food as possible and eating more natural things including meats, fruits, and veggies.

That is why I found a Kung Pao chicken that includes an extra helping of veggies. Most Kung Pao chicken recipes call for chicken, bell peppers, and of course peanuts.

The recipe below uses green beans making this a refreshing twist on a Chinese classic.
