One of my favorite appetizers to order at Chinese restaurants is crab Rangoon. Those, crispy little wontons filled with crab meat and cream cheese often served with sweet and sour sauce.
Regardless of international cuisine, they are sublime when it comes to appetizers. I didn’t think it was possible to take this popular appetizer often served in Chinese restaurants and make it better. Until today.
