Black Cod With Miso Marinade

I was feeling a little comical this morning so I wanted to bring your a title that really captivated an incredible recipe that I have been dying to share with all of you.

This recipe is really special because it uses Sablefish (aka Black Cod). Not to be confused with the standard run of the mill cod fish such as Pacific Cod.

Black Cod is significantly more refined and is often used in fine dining restaurants as a salmon substitution. Much like salmon, black cod is a very fatty fatty fish which means it has a butter flaky texture when cooked properly. The flavor is also very mild so it pairs well with a variety of sauces and cooking styles.[nextpagelink][/nextpagelink]
