Stop Buying And Start Trying-Home Made Mozzarella

In recent years, cheese and I have become very close friends. I personally hatted cheese growing up. To me it always seemed weird that someone would want to eat food that smelled like something produced by the human body.

Think about it for a second or two. I am sure you have eaten some cheese that was either moldy or smelled like the most foul byproduct created by the human body. Yet, you calmly and happily put this stinky substance in your your mouth while grinning from ear to ear.

As a kid, I watched this ritual take place and I thought it was awful. Now as an adult, I have come to be one with the stinky and partake in several dinner caps which consisted of a cheese plate. I can’t count with an abacus the number of times my wife and I had cheeses, a baguette, and some win for dinner.
