Spanish tapas are great because they are small portions of food that can be shared with two or more people. On today’s menu we have gambas al ajillo which is pretty much shrimp scampi.
Shrimp scampi is a less flavorful which is why I prefer to serve gambas al ajillo. Check out the video below that shows you how to put this wonderful dish together.
