Admittedly, my relationship with hash (no not the drug but also addictive) is rather non existent. You see, when chowing down some breakfast and or brunch the very few times I saw it on the menu it did not catch my attention.
That was the case until recently. I decided to try Brown Sugar Kitchen in Oakland, California. The breakfast hash quickly caught my eye but I also wanted to try their famous chicken and waffles. What is a hungry man to do? I ate the chicken and waffles then proceeded to order the hash.
