Skin On, Bone In, With Just The Right Amount Of Garlic And Brown Sugar

I am not really sure why so many people fear chicken with skin and bone. To some degree I get eating a piece of chicken with bone requires a bit more work on your part when it’s time to eat but that shouldn’t be the deal breaker.

As for the skin, I think is has to do with health reasons. Doctors, personal trainers, and other health nuts will tell you to remove the skin from the chicken. It is healthier for you, but how can you pass up golden crispy skin?

It’s nice to see popular food blogs and websites turn a leaf and focus on cooking chicken recipes in which the bone and skin are still on the chicken.

The skin and the bone help the chicken retain more moisture and flavor. A perfect example of this is none other than the Damn Delicious food blog.

Chungah put together an incredible looking brown sugar and garlic chicken that keeps the skin and bone on the chicken for the most flavor possible. We did modify the recipe slightly and highly recommend you try the original from Damn Delicious. The link can be found on the next page.

Head on over to the next page for the full recipe and ingredients to recreate this really tasty chicken.
