Fan Favorite Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Shrimp scampi is one of the most beloved Italian-American dishes that everyone likes to put their own spin to. That’s what makes cooking so much fun. The freedom you experience from being able to follow a recipe to the teaspoon or go a different direction entirely is a lot like being able to fly.

I personally do not have a pilots license and my only flight experience is on a commercial airliner but take off has always been my favorite part of flying. It’s the thought of taking a giant gas tank with wings and hurling towards the sky at hundreds of miles an hour that cause the exhilaration.
