If you are like me, you like eating your bell peppers one of two ways, sliced and sauteed in a stir-fry or charred, peeled and marinated in herbed olive oil.

I forgot you could also turn red peppers into a sauce. Technically that does not count because the bell peppers are blended beyond recognition.

We are changing the common way of eating peppers to the less common way and making them the centerpiece. How often do you get to say, “wow these bell peppers look as incredible as they taste, why did it take me so long to serve them this way?”
