I am not sure if it’s because I look at hundreds of food recipes throughout the week or the world is slowly transitioning away from processed food. Many of the food blogs I have been encountering avoid various grains or carbs completely.
Too keep in the spirit of food trends at least once in a while for novelty sake. I found this pizza crust made with sweet potatoes. The final product closely resembles the texture of a freshly baked pizza.
