Gotta love a good food hack when you see one. I get this asked often by friends who are in the need of diversifying their egg breakfasts.
You can only eat scrambled eggs for breakfast so many times that you switch to something like an omelette. That is still not enough options, though. As more people take an interest in eating eggs with runny yoke such as sunny side eggs or poached eggs (the healthier of the two). You will need to learn some cooking techniques to pull them off correctly.
Someone will have to teach you a food hack or two to simplify your life. The food hack I have for you allows you to make perfect poached eggs every time.
