Most people are unaware carrots come in different colors. If you are like the rest of the world there is a pretty good chance you are accustomed to the standard orange varietal, but did you know carrots come in 6 different colors?
That’s right, the colors are purple, black, white, yellow, red and last but not least orange.
If you happen to shop at local farmers market you probably are familiar with some of these colors. Below is a video I found which shows you a really cool way of preparing and serving the entire carrot rainbow.
