Most people use slow cookers’ to make eating a warm meal, simple. There are now thousands if not millions of recipes to cook main meals, desserts and what about a side like these garlic parmesan potatoes?
You might as well right? Given you are using your your slow cooker for everything else. You will love how simple and delicious potatoes can be when done in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cups Olive oil
- 3 clove(s) garlic ( minced )
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme ( dried )
- 3 pounds red potatoes ( small, about 8 cups after being cut )
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Ingredients

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Add to the slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. Pour this over the potatoes and stir. Sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.

Sprinkle with additional cheese for serving if desired.
