The Southern French, Fondue Like Dish You Did Not Know Existed

For some, cheese is a way of life. It is not a choice but rather a necessity. Okay, so that was a bit dramatic. For a second there, it felt like we were filming an episode for the History Channel or National Geographic.

For those of you who have never eaten fondue, shame on you. What could be better than dipping various meats or bread into a pot filled with melted cheese?

As it turns out there is something better. This dish exists in the South of France, and now I must find a place that serves this amazing dish.
