Food and Wine magazine recently compiled a list of U.S. restaurants with the best fondue. The list included the who’s who in the fondue hustle.
I was surprised to see how small the list of restaurants was given America’s love of cheese and smothering almost anything in cheese. You would think the list would also include most major cities in the U.S. but this was also not the case.
The lack of Fondue restaurants can only mean one thing. People are scared of fondue because they do not really understand the concept created by the Swiss.
