Making Veggies Tastier With The Help Of Parmesan Cheese

At this point, we take a little break from roasted vegetables, despite their awesomeness and focus on blanching our veggies. Blanching simply means you allow the veggies to boil in a large pot of salty water like you would pasta. The recipe below is for green beans cooked with bacon, garlic, and parmesan cheese. You start by blanching your veggies then finishing them off in a pan with bacon, garlic, and onions. I doubt you will have any leftovers.
