Knob Creek Bourbon Pulled Pork Sliders

Not a big fan of bourbon? Don’t worry I don’t blame you. If enjoying a little of that golden nectar doesn’t have you shouting “bourbon on the rocks”, the next time you set foot in a bar.

Perhaps it is time to cook with bourbon instead. I came across this very tasty recipe on Allrecipes and modified it to include Knob Creek Bourbon Whiskey because of the characteristics this bourbon imparts on the food once all the flavors have had a chance to cook down.

The end result is a Knob Creek pulled pork slider to die for. Feel free to experiment with another bourbon just stay away from the really cheap stuff because it will ruin the dish completely. You know what they say, crap in crap out.
