These jalapeno poppers have to be the best I have ever seen. This recipe wins major points for flavor and for using different colored jalapenos. Don’t be embarrassed I didn’t know jalapeno’s came in so many different colors either.
Aside from the vibrant colors what really hooked me was the usage of chorizo. Rather than simply stuffing the jalapenos breading them, and then frying the peppers. This recipes uses chorizo to add a little crunch factor.
