Crab meat is highly regarded for its sweet and tender meat. Avocados are highly regarded because they go with just about any kind of food and right now their popularity stock is only skyrocketing.
Actually, one of the major reasons people are overly indulging in avocados is because of their buttery flavor thanks to their natural oil. They are also high in good cholesterol as well as fats that are good for you. I know the last two thoughts sound like a bit of an oxymoron but do a quick Google search and you will be surprise with the results.
Most people who eat crab and lobster insist on eating it with drawn butter which is just a fancy way of saying clarified butter. Why not take a healthier approach and switch out the drawn butter with an avocado?
