It’s time for another edition of Use…That…. Slow…. Cooker (yep should sound like Wheel of Fortune Intro). This fork tender balsamic shredded beef is easy to make and even better to enjoy the next day or two.
Compared to other slow cooker beef recipes I was really surprised by this one due to the combination of flavors. Most other slow cooker recipes seem to focus on pork of beef as a shredded BBQ dish but not this recipe.
