Fluffy And Delicious Grand Marnier Souffle

I had the pleasure of having dinner with friends recently at the super famous Michelin Starred Gary Danko’s in San Francisco. One of my favorite parts about this restaurant is being able to create your own tasting menu from the extensive selection.


My five-course meal was concluded with a very tasty, slightly too sweet Grand Marnier souffle that left me wanting to recreate this dessert. I am not saying the dessert was bad and therefore I want to remake this dessert. My only criticism was the dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste but other than that I thought it was great.

I had the opportunity of ordering a chocolate souffle but chose not to because I have eaten plenty of those but have never tried Grand Marnier souffle before.

Having tried a souffle that is not made with chocolate reminded me that it’s okay to enjoy an incredible dessert without the need to stick to a chocolate dessert every time.
