Camping is great fun with friends and family anytime of the year. Camp fire/camp stove cooking makes the experience even better. When I was a kid my family would make awesome camping meals that I remember to this day. It was these memories that have inspired me to pack at least 1 or 2 really kickass meal when camping. Granted you may not be able to make carne asada, or clam bakes when camping if you are hiking for miles. This camp stove pork yaki udon however, is really easy to pack and makes a amazing camping meal.
